We employ a range of tools to help us better understand our clients’ sales skills and identify where they are strong, and where they may need to develop. 
Prior to our first meeting with a new client we’ll typically share a Self-Assessment Wheel and ask them to rate their skills. This feedback then forms the basis of our initial conversation with that prospective client. 
 
So, rather than simply selling the same programme to everyone, this insight allows us to develop specific programmes that address genuine & identified needs.
